Weekly Programs

We provide social, recreational, and educational opportunities to people with autism and other developmental disabilities on Cape Cod.

All of our programs are led by passionate and dedicated facilitators, trained in their respective fields.

EcoArt

Create individual and group art installations using sustainable materials such as vines and 100% cotton t-shirt yarn. Take pride in what you create for the surrounding community.

Rhythm, Song, and Drum

Develop social skills, mindfulness, and peer interaction through the learning of rhythm and song.

Empower Hour

Self-reflection and creative expression on a variety of topics including courage, joy, and inclusion. Outdoor, weather permitting and physical activity.

Yoga

Adaptive yoga for relaxation, stress reduction, and grounding.

Music and Movement

Capoeira-style movement and music for increased mood, social interaction, and physical exercise.

Outdoor Explore

Interact with your environment in new ways. Learn about local flora and fauna through creative activities.

Drumming

Group drumming for attention and engagement, self-expression, increased mood, and social connection.

Music Jam

Active music making through instrument play, singing, and songwriting. Boost mood, social connection, and self-expression.

Adaptive PE

Exercises to promote physical health and wellness for a variety of skill levels and abilities.

Creative Expression

Explore and express yourself through a variety of art modalities. Safe and non-judgmental space for self-growth and discovery.

Registration is required for all groups

Walking Club

Walk with friends down the Cape Cod Rail Trail encouraging mindfulness, social interaction, and physical wellbeing.
